We are now in Texas (Wednesday night). We are in the central time zone. It is not as much fun to lose an hour as it was to gain hours on our way west. This map is the atlas map we have been using on our trip. The highlighted area is where we have been; which is over 6000 miles. It's another 1200 miles to Florida where we'll spend about 5 days resting.
Tomorrow we are planning on heading to Dallas, look around a bit and then stop in Louisiana for the night.
